Refund Policy
At gen, we want every order to feel right from the first moment. If your purchase is not the right size, color, fit, or for any other reason cannot be used as intended, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Armenia.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original tags, labels, packaging, and proof of purchase must be preserved.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. The return period is considered valid if the item is handed over to a postal, courier, or delivery service within this 14-day period.
Items made or customized according to the customer’s individual request may not be eligible for return, unless the item is defective or does not match the confirmed order.
If the item is returned because of size, color, fit, or personal preference, the return delivery cost is covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by gen. If the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, gen will review the case and cover the return or replacement process in accordance with applicable law.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless another method is agreed with the customer.
Products that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, removed labels, or missing proof of purchase may not be accepted for return or exchange.
For return or exchange requests, please contact us with your order number and a short description of the reason for return.
